Permits & Compliance

Permit needs vary by location. We can assist with permits if included in the proposal; otherwise, the customer is responsible.
The customer must follow HOA requirements and provide necessary approvals before work begins.

Materials & Substitutions

Materials are subject to availability. Comparable substitutions may be used if needed and will be discussed with the customer.
Natural variations in materials (e.g., wood) are normal and not considered defects.

Site Conditions

We are not responsible for unmarked utilities, hidden obstructions, or soil conditions that impact installation.
Landscaping and surfaces near the work area may be disturbed during normal construction activity.

Warranties

Basic workmanship warranties may apply as stated in the proposal. Manufacturer warranties are subject to their terms.
Warranty coverage excludes damage from misuse, neglect, extreme weather, ground movement, or third parties.

Photos & Reviews

With permission, project photos may be used for portfolio or marketing. Customer information is not shared without consent.
Feedback and reviews are welcome; by submitting, you grant permission to use them for marketing.
